  • By making a reservation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking & Payments
  • All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed through our official website or authorized booking partners.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
  • We accept payments via credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and other approved payment methods.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • No Refund Policy: All room and safari bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
  • No Cancellations: Cancellations, no-shows, or early check-outs will not be eligible for any refund.
  • Rescheduling: Rescheduling of bookings may be permitted at the sole discretion of The Core Pench management, subject to availability and additional charges.
4. Check-in & Check-out Policy

5. Safari Rules & Guidelines
  • All safari bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Safari timings and availability are subject to government regulations and wildlife park rules.
  • Guests must adhere to the park guidelines, follow the instructions of the guide, and maintain silence during the safari.
  • The Core Pench is not responsible for any changes in safari schedules due to weather conditions, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Guest Conduct & Liability
  • Guests are expected to maintain decorum and follow resort/safari rules at all times.
  • Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be chargeable.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests from the premises in case of misconduct, without any refund.
7. Force Majeure
  • The Core Pench will not be held responsible for any cancellations or service disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, or other force majeure events.
8. Privacy Policy
  • We value your privacy. Any personal data collected during booking or while using our services will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
  • The Core Pench shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or delay arising from circumstances beyond our control.
  • Guests participate in safaris and activities at their own risk.
